Frequently asked questions
How should I set up the Obasan Grand Organic Wool and Latex Mattress Topper for best comfort?
Place the topper on a flat, clean mattress with the quilted side facing up. Ensure it lies evenly across the bed so the wool and latex layers are evenly supported for even pressure relief.
Who is this topper best suited for and who might prefer something else?
The topper is designed for sleepers seeking a blend of latex support and wool comfort, with temperature regulation and body contouring. It may be less ideal for those who prefer a firmer surface or do not want wool in contact with their skin.
What makes the latex and wool layers important for comfort and longevity?
The 2.25 inches of GOLS-certified organic latex provide support and contouring, while 2 inches of organic wool adds plushness and helps regulate temperature. Quilted construction helps keep the wool from shifting, supporting long-term surface feel.
How does this topper interact with other bedding or mattresses in the collection?
This topper is designed to sit atop your existing mattress to enhance comfort with latex support and wool loft, adding a cushioned, temperature-regulating layer without replacing your current mattress.
What should I know about using this topper year-round?
The natural wool helps regulate temperature for different seasons, providing a comfortable feel in both cooler and warmer months. The latex support maintains contouring and resilience over time.
